1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using TUF Hub (tufhub.online), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Unofficial Status Disclaimer TUF Hub is an independent, student-run platform. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The University of Faisalabad (TUF) administration or faculty. The views and opinions expressed on this website are those of the individual authors and do not reflect the official policy or position of the University.

3. User Accounts

Eligibility: You must be a current student or alumni of TUF to create an account.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when registering. Impersonating another student, faculty member, or staff member is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (The Rules) We want to keep the "Mahol" fun and safe. By using TUF Hub, you agree NOT to:

Bully or Harass: engaging in targeted harassment, hate speech, or bullying of any student or faculty member.
Post Illegal Content: uploading content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or violates the laws of Pakistan.
Dox: revealing the private personal information (phone numbers, addresses) of others without their consent.
Spam: flooding the feed with repetitive or irrelevant content.

5. User-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of the content (posts, photos, comments) you submit to TUF Hub.
License: By posting, you grant TUF Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce your content on our platform (e.g., featuring a top post on the homepage).
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you post. TUF Hub does not endorse any user-generated content and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with it.

6. Anonymous Confessions & Posts

Anonymity: We respect the privacy of anonymous posters. However, anonymity is not a shield for illegal behavior.
Moderation: We reserve the right to delete any anonymous confession that violates our Acceptable Use Policy without notice.
Liability: TUF Hub is a platform provider, not a publisher. We are not liable for the content of anonymous posts, but we will act swiftly to remove content that is reported as harmful.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the website at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the TUF Hub team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site. We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
